Pulse Insights?
Pulse is a quick and easy way to measure a number of elements that could be crucial to create and maintain a positive working environment. Pulse Insights can help to take HR related decisions, monitor the working atmosphere, and identifying any shifts in attitudes and believes. It allows you to get a snapshot of how your employees are feeling about a new initiative, a change in procedures or, even, the new office décor. These insights can help you bridge the gap between the gut feeling of management and what is actually happening within the heart of the organisation.
How Does It Work?

You can choose to run the Pulse Insight across the organisation on amongst targeted departments.
Pulse Insights are captured through online surveys sent directly to employees using link to a super short, quick and easy survey which will remain valid for a few days. You can send pulse surveys as frequently as once a week.
Pulse Insights will never have more than 5 questions. This will help to keep employees engaged to keep answering the surveys which will be 100% anonymous thus encouraging employees to be transparent and honest when answering the questionnaire.
You can choose from a set of internationally validated questions to test employee engagement over time or we can tailor make a solution that focuses on particular issues depending on the topics of priority at the time You can retain the same questions or change as required. The possibilities are endless.
